Delivery Policy

Delivery to the UK is free for standard postage on all orders over £20, although some areas are subject to additional shipping charges. Next day or recorded delivery options are available and are chargeable at the rate specified during the checkout stage.

Please note the delivery times quoted are estimates only and time shall not be of the essence of the contract and all risk in the products shall pass to the customer or its appointed agent at the time of delivery

Red Carpet Manicure will endeavour to dispatch goods on the same working day that they are ordered, if the order is received before 2pm. However, during busy periods deliveries may take up to 5 working days. Delays in delivery cannot be the responsibility of Red Carpet Manicure as they may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Standard Delivery under £20 – 1-5 Working Days – £2.95.
Standard Delivery over £20 – 1-5 Working Days – FREE.
UK Guaranteed Next Working Day on orders placed before 2.30PM, Monday-Friday (DPD) £4.95.
Only Mainland UK addresses Saturday Delivery by midday on orders placed before 2PM on Friday (DPD) – £19.95.

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

To return an item please visit the My Orders section on your Red Carpet Manicure account and follow the steps below to start your returns process;

  1. Select order
  2. Click Return
  3. Select the item’s you are returning and the reason you’re returning them to us
  4. Our Customer Service team will then need to approve your return and will be in contact to confirm the next steps

We are confident you will be 100% delighted with all purchases on redcarpetmanicure.co.uk However if you’re not pleased with any product, you can return it to us at your own expense within 14 days of receiving your item. We will be happy to exchange it or send your money back. Please contact info@redcarpetmanicure.co.uk or call 0333 000 2101 and we will give you a unique reference code, which must be included on the outside of your parcel in order for the return to be accepted. If goods received are faulty, please contact us on 0333 000 2101 and we will arrange for the goods to be collected.

We pride ourselves on a fast turnaround with our orders so that you receive your goods as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so on the same day as you placed your order. In some instances your order may have already been dispatched, in which case we will need to process this as a return. If you do wish to cancel your order, please contact us on 0333 000 2101 and we will endeavour to cancel this if possible.

Transaction Currency and Taxes

Red Carpet Manicure accept payment in Pounds Sterling (£) ONLY. Tax is applicable at UK VAT rate of 20%. Prior to checkout prices quoted throughout Red Carpet Manicure include Value Added Tax (VAT). A total price including VAT will be issued on completion of dispatch of the Customer’s order. We reserve the right to change quoted prices and delivery charges at any time prior to delivery.

Payment Requirements

Payment is required in advance using our secure credit card payment system. Red Carpet Manicure accepts Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo, Switch and American Express. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Student Discount Terms and Conditions

We partner with Student Beans for a Student Discount. The Student Discount is not valid on already discounted items and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Discount valid for the times shown in marketing materials. Red Carpet Manicure reserve the right to refuse a Student Discount to those we feel do not meet the criteria. Red Carpet Manicure reserve the right to amend, change or end the Student Discount at any time without prior notice.

Klarna

Klarna is a payment provider we use on our website to ensure an easy and secure payment process for our customers. Klarna may carry out limited credit searches to help them decide which payment options to offer you. These limited searches will be visible to you on your credit file and to the credit reference agency used by them. They will not affect your credit score and will not impact your chances of obtaining credit in the future.

You may be offered the payment options of Pay Now by Card, Pay After Delivery and Pay in 3.  If you choose to Pay After Delivery, you will be contacted by Klarna regarding the payment to be made within 30 days. Additional charges may apply if you fail to pay Klarna by the specified due date.

If you choose to pay in 3, you will pay the first instalment at the time of placing your order. Further instalments will subsequently be paid 30 days and 60 days later. Additional charges may apply if you fail to pay Klarna by the specified due date(s).
